The Lighthouse as seen today

Oh this was awesome memories about the Lighthouse. I remember my older siblings all getting dressed up to go and dance for the evening. I always tried to convince mom and dad that I was old enough to go! Then in 1967 I was 13 and still too young what a disappointment that it was closed but tonight was so great to hear the stories like aunt Vi who had shared the memories of it! It was the place to be and great to reminisce!
That’s awesome, I feel your disappointment too. It sounds like it was a great place, and I look forward to hearing memories from a lot more people who went there!
My parents used to live at the lighthouse, before they moved to their home on Main Street. It is too bad we really don’t have dances like there used to be anymore.
Another great episode.
Well that’s something I definitely didn’t know! I’d love to talk to them about it.
