And the very first public event at the new space called The Lighthouse Collective at the former Helens/River Bend Pub in Osgoode, will be a Girls Night Out on Wednesday October 23rd. I am very pleased to invite you to join us for a casual evening to see the new space that Catie Clapp is putting together as a sort of drop in centre for the community. We will have drinks and refreshments, and a very special performance by local actor Erin Eldershaw of her one woman play called Cue: Motherhood. I’ll have many more details on this event as the date gets closer, but women of all ages will not want to miss this show. And of course, a great evening out as usual with the local ladies!

The Foreword was written by Michael Daley, which I read today in our Community Voices segment.
This is cool, I’ve been really curious about the origin of my family in osgoode. My father was Hugh Cleland and my uncle was Oliver, they have passed on.
Glad you found it, Wade. Yes, your family was another Blanchfield neighbour. 🙂
Great episode! I loved the Everyone’s a Blanchfield segment. I know where I fit in. 🙂
Looking forward to the next episode!
Thanks Krista – yep you’re a Blanchfield! 🙂
